Syrian tours of Russian crocodiles

The Russian VKS group in Syria increases blows on objects of IGIL – after the front bombers Su-24M and Su-34, and also attack planes of Su-25, destruction of terrorists was started by shock helicopters of army aircraft Mi-24. Flights of helicopters at small heights and big speeds are carried out to avoid defeat by mobile surface-to-air missile systems. Also shooting of the thermal traps confusing infra-red heads of homing is for this purpose made. At the same time, flight at the earth does the rotary-wing car vulnerable for fire of large-caliber machine guns which are widespread in groups of fighters «Islamic state». However the terrorists who are at war in Syria, according to a number of experts, do not possess necessary training and experience of use of this weapon that plays into the hands of helicopter pilots.

The shock and transport Mi-24 helicopter in the updating «П» was created for destruction of the protected shelters and armored machinery of the opponent. For this purpose on the helicopter established double-barreled aviation gun GSh-30 (Gryazeva-Shipunov’s design) in calibre of 30 mm. Unlike the previous updating of the helicopter with a chetyrekhstvolny machine gun, the gun of Mi-24P is fixed motionlessly on the right board.

The first information on finding of divisions of VKS of Russia in the territory of Syria appeared at the end of September. In particular, in a blog sphere the selection of satellite pictures of airfield in the city of Latakia was actively discussed.
