BK21
Two stage. Launched 24 April 1965 at 20:32. Apogee 404.6 miles.
Both the main stage and second stage performance was satisfactory. The reentry head was a GW 20 shape made from copper. A thicker rope was used to retard the sabot, but again it broke without retarding the sabot significantly. The copper cone disintegrated on re-entry, and the tape recorder was not found until two months after the trial.
