The General Staff promised to increase intensity of airstrikes on YOKES

The aviagroup of Aerospace forces of Russia in Syria will increase intensity of blows on terrorists, the chief of the Head operational management of the General Staff of armed forces of the Russian Federation colonel general Andrey Kartapolov declared on Saturday.

«We will not only continue blows of our aircraft, but also to increase their intensity», – Kartapolov in National control center of country defense told, reports RIA Novosti news agency.

He noted that the purposes of blows of the Russian aircraft are, first of all, «management points, warehouses with ammunition and explosive, communication centers, miniplants on production of the weapon of suicide bombers and camp of preparation of fighters».

Kartapolov noted that the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation is interested in coordination of actions of the different countries against terrorist threat. It reminded that in Baghdad began work information center. «To its work we invited all who is interested in fight against the IGIL terrorist group. One of its tasks is a coordination of actions and prevention of any incidents», – the general told.

He noted that the Russian side urged others to share «any useful information about objects of IGIL group in the territory of Syria and Iraq».

«It is necessary to recognize openly that today we receive such data only from our colleagues on the center from Iran, Iraq and Syria. But we are still open for dialogue with all interested countries and we will welcome any constructive contribution to this work», – Kartapolov added.

Before it Kartapolov reported that the Russian aircraft in Syria for three days made more than 60 departures for destruction over 50 objects of infrastructure of terrorists. During this time it was possible to undermine material technical base of terrorists and it is essential to reduce their fighting potential, besides, in the ranks of terrorists the panic and desertion began.

He recognized that before the operation beginning Russians recommended the USA «to deduce from the region of all instructors and advisers, and also those valuable experts which prepared on money of the American taxpayers». «We also recommended to stop flights of aircraft in areas of actions of our aircraft», – the general told.

Thus, according to Kartapolov, the USA notified the Russian military that in an area of coverage of VKS of Russia «anybody, except terrorists, is not present».
