Ukraine presented the new fighting Lev-1 helicopter

Ukroboronprom presented to heads of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, SBU, national guard and frontier guards the new easy Lev-1 helicopter in which places for wounded are equipped behind a board.

The new helicopter created on the basis of Bell-47, can bear to 500 kg of cargo, be used for evacuation of wounded, patrol, search and rescue works and other tasks.

In a car cabin three places are besides provided two specially equipped evacuation boxing from boards, reports Korrespondent.Net.

The helicopter is equipped with the GTD-350 engine which also is established on Mi-2.

And in comments to Ukroboronprom message users note that the state corporation brags of technologies of the middle of the last century.

The American Bell-47 helicopter received the first flight certificate in 1946.
