Fatal lack of the Air Force of the Russian Federation

After two decades of oblivion, Russian aircraft endures the financial petrodollar Renaissance.

In 2010 of the Air Force and sea aircraft bought only 19 new planes with a motionless wing. The number of new planes increased to 24 in 2011, 35 in 2012, 51 years later, and enormous 101 in 2014. This year the Kremlin expects to get 91 new planes. But for this modernization, there is one important thing which cannot still make the Air Force of Russia.
