This week at Alexander Lukashenko re-elected for the fifth term unpleasant conversation with Vladimir Putin can take place. The parties, at last, should clear a situation about placement in Belarus the Russian military air base.

As the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov reported on October 12, the meeting of two leaders will take place in the next few days in Kazakhstan.

"They will meet Lukashenko in a weekend in Kazakhstan", – told RIA Novosti news agency Sand, answering a question, whether Vladimir Putin’s meeting иАлександра Lukashenko and possible discussion of a question of the Russian air base in Belarus is planned soon.

Let’s remind that on October 11, communicating with journalists in Minsk, Lukashenko declared that does not want to create any military of air bases in the territory of Belarus.

"I there is nobody I do not make advances. We with Russia in ODKB, it is the military-political union. We divided responsibility zones: We are in the West, on border from NATO and should hold gunpowder the dry. We within ODKB and Allied госуда concluded mass of agreements, on the western direction together with Russia created group. If in the West there will be a conflict, the Belarusian army solves a problem, and Russia supports us", – the Belarusian president told and emphasized: "I do not want to be at war".

At this Lukashenko expressed interest of Belarus in that Russia "supported" system of defense of border of the Union State with rocket arms. According to him, if Moscow agrees to transfer to Minsk a regiment of planes, there will be Belarusian pilots. He emphasized that in Belarus great experts. "There is a question: why, if we can provide it?" – the head of the Belarusian state added.

Before Lukashenko declared that did not discuss with Putin a question of military base. Sand in turn said that he is not ready to make comments yet on the message on placement of the Russian military base in Belarus. According to Peskov, in the Kremlin intend to check, about what there is a speech.

Meanwhile, the president of Russia in the morning on October 12 congratulated the Belarusian colleague on a "sure" victory on elections.

Putin emphasized that "Alexander Lukashenko’s convincing victory on elections testifies to high political authority and trust from the population, and also about active support of a carried-out course on further social and economic development of the country".

The president of Russia expressed confidence that "Alexander Lukashenko’s state activity will promote development of the Russian-Belarusian strategic partnership, strengthening of the Union State, strengthening of cooperation within the Euroasian economic union, the Commonwealth of Independent States and other international structures".

But it everything outer, diplomatic side of the bilateral relations. That actually Putin thinks of Lukashenko’s last statements, he can state personally to the president of Belarus during conversation in private.

However, experts do not doubt that after conversation with Putin Lukashenko’s position concerning placement of the Russian air base, at least, will be softened. And most likely, the Belarusian leader should disavow the words and to agree on conditions of the Kremlin.
