The United Russia party member fined 163 thousand for drunk uproar in the plane

The deputy United Russia party member from the Kaliningrad region fined for uproar aboard. The court of Kaliningrad obliged the member of city council of Zelenogradsk Evgenia Dolzhikova to compensate 163 thousand rubles of Aeroflot airline onboard which it did a lot of mischief. The court appointed the same punishment to Dolzhikov’s unnamed companion who together with the deputy drank alcohol drinks when flying from Irkutsk to Moscow, reports FlashSiberia referring to a source in airline.

"Both citizens should indemnify airlines a material loss", – the interlocutor of agency told, having noted that any of brawlers was not present at court session.

Incident which was considered in court, occurred in the autumn of 2014. On November 26 the plane following in the capital, crash-landed in Novosibirsk. The chief of the press service of management on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Novosibirsk region Timur Kurbangaleev told TASS that from a board removed two brawlers. One of them showed the deputy certificate addressed to Dolzhikov, the second refused to be represented.

Crew members complained that passengers drank two bottles of wine and smoked in a toilet, two more at them should be selected. After that the decision on unplanned landing was made. The passengers thus removed from flight refused to pass physical examination so to argue that they were drunk, it is impossible. Men argued that them removed from flight because of the prejudiced relation of stewardesses to them. The businessman, the friend of the deputy also declared to journalists that was sober as at all does not drink.

"We with Dima on usual business trip were: we have with the friend the general business on supply of the Baikal water to Kaliningrad, here and arrived to Irkutsk to solve the current production questions, – the deputy told to the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda". – The only thing, I asked vodichka from the stewardess, and thus I was not rude to it. In a way we simply slept, and when woke up, the plane already was in Novosibirsk. I at all do not understand, from what suddenly decided to do landing which costs so expensively".

Right after an event the head of regional executive committee of "United Russia" Victor Maksimenko declared that in party will inspect and are ready to leave the deputy if he really behaved in an inadequate way. The secretary of regional political council of "United Russia" Andrey Kolesnik also declared that Dolzhikov will be expelled from party. The deputy of the Kaliningrad regional Duma from LDPR Valery Seleznev declared that such behavior of the municipal deputy "casts a shadow" on a deputy badge (portal information "New Kaliningrad").

Now Dolzhikov still is a deputy, follows from information on a site of administration of the Zelenograd area. Let’s note that deputies of city council of Zelenogradsk will be re-elected in the autumn of this year, is told on a site of the city settlement.
