The Pentagon is afraid that Russian learn secrets F-22

In the American Air Force are afraid that Russians during operation in Syria can receive the classified information on the hardly noticeable fighter F-22 for a radar, writes the National Interest magazine. Article published in it is provided by RIA Novosti news agency.

«Operation in Syria will allow Russia to test, on the one hand, in real fighting conditions the advanced planes Su-30CM and Su-34. With the same purpose of the USA developed in the region own F-22 Raptor», – the representative of intelligence service of the U.S. Air Force told to the edition.

On the other hand, the interlocutor noted, before Su-30CM and Su-34 there can be an objective «to receive information about F-22».

«Using aviation stations of the prevention of radar-tracking radiation (SPO), it is possible to receive characteristics of radiation of radar F-22 in actual practice. Not absolutely traditional collecting a military information as that, but thus it is possible to learn it, how SPO perceive and display radar-tracking radiation F-22», – told to the magazine a source.

This opinion was not shared by other representative of intelligence service. In his opinion, «for collecting a military information the Russian military, as a rule, use specialized planes, such as Il-20М».

He also assumed that Russia involved fighters on purpose to prevent espionage from the western planes. «It is probable, Su-30CM are developed not with a view of antiaircraft defense and to frighten off and push aside prospecting aviation means which can come nearer to the Russian operational base», – the interlocutor told to the edition.
