Engineers of the USA will replace fighters with flights of thrones

In the long-term future the Agency on perspective defensive research development of the USA (DARPA) suggests to replace expensive modern warplanes with flights of rather inexpensive fighting thrones which about 20 departures will be capable to make.

In particular, experts already managed to christen such perspective military bespilotnik "Gremlins". In the company declared that consider similar BPLA as intermediate option between disposable rockets air-air and fighters which serve within several decades.

"We will not lose all glider, engines, the onboard equipment and useful loading after each flight as occurs to combat missiles. At the same time we will not bear burden of expensive repair and service of modern reusable systems which remain on service decades", – the manager of the program Dan Pett told.
