Fizik yadershchik Ilya Kudryashov accused of skyjack of Yak-52 from airfield in Ishim, worked at an air show MAX-2015 who passed in situated near Moscow Zhukovsky, «Russian news service» reports. According to the pilot, it works on with official accreditation from the Moscow aviation institute in spite of the fact that is under examination.

The international aerospace salon MAX-2015, started on August 25. MAX-2015 officials and experts could visit the first three days of work only. About Fridays and till today salon it was open for all comers. Flight groups "Strizhi", «Russian Heroes» participated in the program of indicative flights, «Falcons of Russia», "Golden eagles" and «Wings of Taurida».

As earlier reported Znak.com, pilots Romaz Shermardini and Ilya Kudryashov are accused under article 211 of the criminal code of Russian Federation «Aircraft stealing». According to the version of the investigation, on June 21, 2015 about 3 hours of 15 minutes local time they, being in the territory of protected airfield of Ishimsky aviation and sports club ДОСААФ of Russia, wrongfully took control of the YaK-52 aircraft belonging to club, and, having made its stealing, disappeared.

Both pilots were detained on June 23 in Khimki then them sent to Yekaterinburg on interrogation and election concerning them of a measure of restraint as criminal case conducts the Ural investigatory management on transport of the investigatory committee Russian Federation, based in the capital of the Average of Ural. The Lenin district court chose both measure of restraint in the form of pledge in 500 thousand to everyone. Friends of pilots managed to collect the necessary sum on the same day, now they are at large.

Kudryashov sent to investigating authorities the statement in which demanded to involve seller Yak-52 in criminal liability under article of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Fraud".

ДОСААФ the Russian Federation Alexander Makeev confirmed with the vice-president the story of pilots, having reported that the head of aero club in Ishim made the plane of the written-off details. «There is no stealing fact, there is an arrangement of this person and some officials, that’s all», – Makeev declared. According to Makeev, to Ilya Kudryashov suspected on the case of skyjack at ДОСААФ claims are not present.

To Ilya Kudryashov only 29 years. It is one of the most talented in the country of young scientists – works over creation of military satellites, participated in construction of the Big andronny collider in Switzerland. Despite continuous employment in the scientific sphere, Ilya always dreamed of the sky – since the childhood it entered club ДОСААФ where proved to be the diligent pupil and the active participant. There he comprehended piloting elements. Many years saved money for purchase of own plane and got it in England. However the plane was not suitable for execution of aerobatic manoeuvres of which Ilya is fond. For these purposes it also went to Ishim to get Yak-52.
