The Transaero airline officially cancelled 55 flights to October 12, reported in the air carrier press service.

"Transaero" cancels flights from Moscow to St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, the Mineral waters, New Urengoy, Rostov-on-Don, Blagoveshchensk, Odessa, Karaganda, Tel Aviv, Frankfurt, Berlin, London, Prague, Milan, Rome, Paris, Simferopol, Krasnodar and Kiev, is reported on airline page in Facebook.
«Other flights of Transaero airline 10/12/2015 are carried out previously according to the schedule. In case flights are cancelled, the Transaero airline call center without fail will make the notification», – it is noted in the message.

On October 9 "Transaero" officially declared cancellation of 38 flights appointed to Saturday, October 10.

On October 5 in "Aeroflot" reported that tickets of passengers of Transaero airline there – back with a departure till December 15 and return after this date will be cancelled.

On October 2 the Sberbank notified on intention to appeal to court with the statement for bankruptcy of "Transaero". The Savings Bank is already the second bank which submitted the notice of intention to appeal to court with the claim about insolvency of a carrier. Before with the similar notice Alfa Bank addressed, follows from information of the Uniform federal register of data on the facts of activity of legal persons.

On October 1 the head of Sberbank declared that, most likely, it will not be possible to rescue "Transaero".

On the same day it was reported that "Aeroflot" refused the offer on acquisition of 75 % of actions of "Transaero" which was planned.

The largest Russian private airline "Transaero" was not able to serve the debts making together with leasing obligations about 250 mlrdrubly. After the plan on transfer of 75 % of actions of "Transaero" to the under control state "Aeroflot" for the subsequent sanitation of a carrier was ruined approved in September the government, creditors and the Russian authorities consider bankruptcy option.
